Default my first turbo build

So i decided to turbo my s2ki, well actually ive been dieing to boost it for quit some time and finally did it!
Must i say though, it was a huge project and has taken 2 weeks to make everything "perfect".

First off, this is what im running:
Precision 6262 Billet Turbocharger
Cast Iron Log Turbo Manifold
Turbonetics Evolution Wastegate
Greddy RS Blow Off Valve
500hp efficient Front Mount Intercooler
3" Stainless Steel Downpipe
1.75 Steel Open Dump Tube
2.5" Intake with Filter
2.5" Aluminum Intercooler Piping
Greddy E manage Fuel Management System ( i know, its a dinosaur but it came with the kit, AEM will be in the future)
Greddy Pressure Sensor
Oil Filter Relocate Kit
Walbro 255 Intake Fuel Pump
RC Injectors 550
B&M Fuel Pressure Regulator

And the story begins..
I had everything hooked up, and it was finally time to start it to make sure everything was running good, and at first everything was working GREAT! I thought that all my hard work had finally paid off...not.
I let it warm up, get oil pumping through the engine and turbo and like i said, everything ran great. I decided to just drive it down my driveway (1/2 mile long lol), never brought the car into boost, all i was doing was making sure it was running fine. Well about a 1/4 mile down my driveway my car felt very restricted, like there was no air being taken in and no exhaust being pushed out. Well before i went any further i just shut the car off and pulled the car back to my garage(tractors ftw). Once it was back in the garage I started diagnosing what was wrong....long story short, im not getting any oil pressure....at all. No oil is pumping through the block or through the head and no oil is getting to the turbo its self. I had oil pressure form the enitial start because there was oil in the oil filter, there was oil being pumped throughout the engine(at first it was not making a valve click and now is), and there was oil in the turbo because it was spinnning well and now its a little tougher to get the impeller to spin(still spins just not like it did out of the box), there was some oil still in the lines, but very little. Plus, i took the supply line off the turbo and started the car to see if there was any being pumped through and nothing was coming out....

My conclusion is a bad oil pump, everything is routed perfect, i know this because it did work at first. Like i said, i had oil pressure from the start but all of a suddon it was gone? Do u think the pump could have gone kapoot because it had to build all that pressure through all the relocation lines and it just went bad?(it has 100k miles on it).

So my question is, could this be a bad pump? i just want to make sure before i go out and buy a new pump and pan gasket.
Any help/advise would be great, its sunday so i figured get some input from fellow FI guys before i start throwing parts at it. And the dealership isnt open anyways, so ordering a pump will wait until tomorrow.

Also, where on the s2k do u test for fuel psi???

Thanks guys, much appreciated.

Jim

I hope your motor isn't toast. Sure you don't have the oil filter relocation lines mixed up? Post a pic and we can let you know for sure.

It doesn't make sense that the pump would just all of the sudden go bad right when you put the turbo kit on. Was there a certain way that the sandwich plate for the oil filter relocator was supposed to go on? I'm having a feeling that something is on backwards of plugged where it shouldn't be. GO back over you oil related parts, check all the hoses and make sure they are open and check to see if your oil lines for the relocator are ran in the right order. I wish I could help out more but its hard to diagnose without the problem being in front of me

see thats what im thinking too....idk why all of a suddon the pump would just go? but its the only thing i can think of.
Unless i spun a bearing which would suck really bad...

This is how my relocation works, i have a plate, it goes where the filter was, i know you all know that.
on the plate has 2 "ins" and 2 "outs". 1 of those ins and one of the outs goes to the filter(relocated to the front beam in the engine bay infront of the engine itself, you know what im talking about right?) So theres about maybe a foot or so of line to and from the filter to the plate.
The plate even has "in and out" stamped in the aluminum. so its idiot proof...so thats what its seems.

Now for the in and out for the turbo. i have the "in" blocked off and the "out" has the smaller feed line going to the turbo. and the return line from the turbo goes straight to the oil pan. make sence?

The one thing i might be wrong with here is that the "in" should have the smaller line going to the turbo instead of being blocked off..but its hard to tell because i cant tell what they mean by in and out. The way i take this relocation is, "out" means going out of the engine to the turbo. and thats how i have it set up. i havent switched it to the "in" to see if thats the problem, but still...im dumbfounded!

Even if i had these relocation lines backwards in 1 spot, there should still be oil being pumped through the engine at least. and i have 0 psi... And what sucks is it was working fab until i noticed the sluggishness and valve click....so something had to of gone wrong in that 5 mins of warm up.

But what really really blows is, i tried calling the place to ask them wtf is wrong, theyre answer, "oh the dood who made the kit is a jag off, so we dont keep in touch with him anymore, sorry and good luck.."
THEN WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU SELL THIS KIT AND NOT INCLUDE INSTRUCTIONS! ahh sorry just venting....

and pictures, ill try to post some...
