no, the rattle problem is still there...i shouldn't really be driving it..my manifold might break. Anyway, yes, I am running the stock exhuast with a 3 inch test pipe. My numbers are particularly high because I have a really great tuner (Church Automotive)

Man, i don't know what kind of numbers i will getting with a GT35R. I wanted the GT3076R, but they are back ordered and won't be avaliable for a while.

anyway, will cody send you braces and stuff to hold them together? My kit is delayed again due to this problem.

You should be grateful that hes holding your kit. This means that he is fixing the problem for yours so yours won't rattle like mine and you won't have to go through the headaches. The gt35r is bigger the mine btw...so if you have a really good tuner and experience similar boost creep like I did then expect numbers around 425s at least. I wouldn't suggest running 7 psi creeping to 10 like me because its really hard on the motor. If you have the same boost creep I would suggest swapping the stock 7 pound spring in for a 5 pound and getting a boost controller to boost it back up to 10 when you wanna play around.

Yea, i told cody to take his time and make everything right before sending out my kit. he's going through alot of headaches as well i think.

I order a 2mm head gasket from cody too, i will put that in when the turbo get here and run a bit more boost (maybe 11lbs-12lbs), and see how much it will put down.
oh yea, what rpm do you get full boost with the 3076r

Nice numbers.

Where are you connecting the vacuum line going from the side port on waste gate to? Someone told me it should come from a fitting tapped into the compressor housing, and that if you use a port on the intake manifold you might see more boost. Just a thought on the boost creep issue.

There is nothing that can be done about the creep. It has to do with the fact that the wastegate can not flow enough dump to keep the boost at a lower level. The only way to get rid of it is to set your minimum boost level to the highest reding, so in koji case 10psi. Remember even a 44mm wastegate can only dump around 280cfm of exhaust, when you are making 400+ HP you are flowing close to 900cfm of exhaust.
