lol, its not as close as it seems. And I wrap each oil filter with a heat blanket. haha.

I am not going to coat it though, I dont expect issues honestly. Most coatings chip off anyways.
Thats why you dont use coatings from autozone..

HPC is infamous for chipping

Swaintech has also flaked off...

Last time I checked neither of these were available "in the zone"

Hmm....well I have used JetHot2000 with success, but have heard of them all chipping especially the HPC and Swain. Also the turnaround time is long usually and its not worth it IMO. Thats why I heatwrap everything. I mean the downpipe, turbine, and dump are all wrapped or have a blanket on them. The Oil Filter might get a custom heatshield if Im really bored, but I know Ill be alright. Im glad your concerned though

Here is an update for you guys. Finally got to mock it all up tonight. Going to try to get it all done tomorrow night. Still have to run coolant lines, and wastegate lines but thats easy. The Blanket itsnt installed yet, but it fits like a glove. I hope the wrapping I did will keep temps down a little.

The tolerances are so close...it all fits in so easily but so close together...haha! Sorry for the cellphone pics, its all I have.

And I got this little battery holder for my PC680.

looks good!

is the turbo inlet facing downward, or is it just the picture making it look that way?

battery fits good there, looks like the bracket made life easy mounting it there!

Do you have to run that 90 degree bend that's welded onto your compressor housing, or can u run a 90 degree silicone I/C coupler instead?

Very nice! I cant wait to see what kind of numbers you get with this upgrade. Your not kidding about everything fitting like a glove.

I have that same blanket, but it seems it wont fit as nice since I have a five bolt housing..

No its straight but the turbo sits at an angle since this manifold can also fit a 40R I guess its for compressor housing clearance. I love the battery bracket....i had a ghetto custom bracket before that was ugly.
