I've always heard that customer service is not when everything goes right but how a situation gets resolved when something goes wrong. P-Tuning exemplifies this.

When I placed my order I was informed of the process of how everything would work. Unfortunately things did not go as planned (sometime this happens). But Carlos from P-Tuning was more than accommodating and kept in constant contact with me about the situation and was upfront and honest with me. Even if it wasn't the news I wanted to hear I appreciate the honesty. Its hard for me to get upset if someone is being straight with me. Bottom line the situation got resolved and everything he told me that would happen did.

Its rare that you have vendors that run a business the right way and I just wanted to give P-Tuning and Carlos a shout-out for doing that. I am very happy with my service so far and hope that this level of service continues. I'm certain if I had any problems or questions Carlos and the guys at P-Tuning would be available to help.

Carlos is awesome! he always stayed in constant contact with me even when I was emailing at weird hours while I was deployed. PTuning definitely has awesome customer service.

 

I really do appreciate the feedback guys and means a lot. I take this very seriously and I HATE upset customers so as a business I am always one step a head to try to give you a great experience with us and in the loop.
