Default Is my pulley on correctly?

ok so today i found out that my idler pulley was bad because its rubbing on something and when i was inspecting the engine bay i noticed that the belt tensioner for my CTSC wasn't riding fully on the belt. the belt is prob like 1/4" off of the pulley that tensions the belt. what can i do to fix that? does it mean that the SC pulley is on backwards? here is a crappy pic i dont even know if you can see it.

From looking at this picture, on the right side of the belt, is it rubbing the motor?

The SC belt wont always be perfectly centered on the idle/tensioner pulley, all the bushings wear/compress differently on the sc plate. The main thing is that the blower pulley is aligned with the crank pulley and your not tearing your belts up. It looks to be in the ballpark from the pic. If your belt is not being torn up or wearing prematurely from the idle pulley and your belt is being supported fully from the idle pulley and not part of it riding off the edge then you should be good.
