Nice Job... I really like the InlinePro kit. I relocated my Smog pump behind the bumper, in front of the driver's side front tire. Since the IC charge piping gets in the way, I fabricated a bracket that slightly moved the air pump down, and towards the center of the car.

I should have just taken it out, though

Great Work

Bad Idea. You want the heat to transfer from the hot air to the metal and into the cooler air passing by. High temp ceramic paints are insulators. Good for exhausts to keep the gas temps UP and fluid moving as quickly as possible. They would hinder the performance of intercooler.

This is a picture of my car with a black intercooler. Don't want to highjack teh thread just offering a pic of the intercooler.

Totalling makes the intercooler dissapear. You don't even notice it. good for the sleeper look.

Give Todd at Full-Race a call. They are the ones that did mine.

At least among the old car restoration people, the rule for painting radiators is to use laquer paint. It will allow heat transfer still. I'm not sure how much it affects the effficiency, but it is much better than using an enamel paint.
