i have an 02 s2k but i just ordered my 4.25" pulley from asp racing. 3 weeks wait time for an alum pulley. it all depends on what you want overall, im running a very safe pulley size and will probally be at or just below 8lbs of boost. should have it by october.

the more boost you run the more vital ems or other fuel tuning. at the minimum add ultimate e-manage. I was in your same shoes 1 week ago, after searching and talking to tuning authorities you NEED some sort of engine managment, i bought the EMS with UEGO yesterday along with 750 injectors, the comptech FPR dosent allow you to get the most/safest setup out of your car as its just one screw you adjust.

7 psi pulley, keep the stock injectors, and get it on the dyno to get it tuned some with the comptech fpr. the pulley should be 4in.
