I am on a inline pro stage One. On a cast manifold still. I made 510hp @ 20psi. On a 5857 turbo I plan on upgrading the. Manifold. Still don't. Know wat. One to run. But. I do have. A gt35r

What indicators do you have that you are running out of fuel?
You should be able to go to nearly 600WHP with your fueling. I was able to pull over 535WHP out of my IP cast mani and 6165 at around 65% duty cycle on my ID1000's with 40PSI base pressure. However this was with my return system which is a totally different gremlin.
Option 1 - Switch to an factory AP1 return System
Option 2 - Use a Fullblown Dual Hanger return System
Option 3 - Install a Boost a Pump
If you goals are set to make more power with new manifold, I would recomend steping up to the Fullblown setup with Inline Pro Rail and Stand Alone FPR (Not Rail Mounted) and run new lines. If you you can find someone with all the factory AP1 parts that wants to sell them cheap this will get you by but will only take you so far.

Have you seen this chart???? Do you read the the thread above?

Yes, I do have an AP1 but I also have 10% displacement and I dynoed on a Dynojet and Dynocom both made over 500WHP uncorrected.
