Call Vortech and get a replacement. Remember the Vortech has two points to loosen before adjusting and two points to tighten.

remove them off completely
replace them with different bolt and nut
rethread the hole if necessary

this will probably be quicker than waiting for parts from vortech

Which bit do you mean exactly?

The Nylok nut at the bottom, the adjuster nut, or the nut holding the pulley on??

Please turn the caps lock off. It makes you look like you are screaming.

The vortech belt tensioners that I have worked on have a 19mm locknut on the tensioner , and a 10mm headed bolt on the tensioner jackscrew. I'm not sure what 14mm bolt you are turning.

have you seen this thread in the FAQ: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=115118
