Default need help diagnosing emanage codes 35-37-38

I was having problems with my car stalling and realized the 12volt power connection was loose. After resoldering my emanage is now throwing codes 35, 37 and 38.

Per the chart 35 is incorrect inj pulse, 37 is incorrect inj pulse A, and 38 is incorrect inj pulse B

Anybody have any ideas on where or what to start with?

Thanks
Scott

Im not using any harness as none were available when I Turboed 6 yrs ago.

The turbo is off the car as it (the car) was in storage for a few years.

The interesting part is everything was fine before I stored it, so does anybody know if the emanage will store the correct settings or do they have to be reloaded?
