Dyno tested, mine made 741 whp at 29.6 psi and we believe a little over 800 whp on 34 psi but that's not confirmed after we later turned it up on the street, which was pretty much maxed out.

I understand that part, but how does that correlate to the bov spring? If I run a 8lb wastegate spring and boost up to 16lbs what do i run for a bov spring? a 16lb for both boost levels?

I just went with a Tial Q with either a 10 or 12 lb spring if I remember correctly. No issues with my setup.

so u were able to tune pass 10lb springs at 29psi with a boost controller? I am currently tuned at 11.5psi but my wastegate is at 15psi thats what my tuner said. Is that physically possible?

Wastegate... depends on what boost solenoid you're using. AEM has a 3 and 4 port. The 4 port can stretch quite a bit.
I'd say use a +/- 14 psi spring setup

Use the solenoid to stretch this wastegate setup to 25psi or so and go kill your diff :P
