Default Need your help Turbo build

Ok time to build my second turbo honda. I used to have a 380whp 2.0l acura integra turbo. it was fun but the s2k FI should be even better . I dont have my s2000 yet but I like to plan for future. Im trading in my 2007 STI for one as soon as its back from shop. Is ap1 or ap2 better for boost? or does it matter?

hers a small idea of my build i need input and suggestions pelase.

I want to produce 500whp thats my goal, while have somewhat decent spoolup.

Garret GT3076R

I cannot decide on a turbo kit. Which are good? i was lookign at full-race or a custom kit.

Sleeved block, Rods, Pistons. Compression?

Is head work help the s2k much?

1000cc injectors, upgraded fuel pump

exedy twin disc. clutch

which engine management?

thanks for any help.

Hers my current build: (Still open to suggestions!)

-Full-Race GT3076R Turbo Kit
-Exedy Twin disc (is ther cheaper solution)
-Hondata K-pro
or AEM EMS (is one better then other?)
-InLine-Pro 3" exhaust
-1000cc injectrs (whats a good brand)
-Fuel rail (need a opinion on a good one)
-Walbro 255l Fuel Pump
-Possibly Water/meth Injection (should i??)
-Hawker Energy PC680 Battery (needed for full-race setup)

anything im missing or should change??

full race, 30r, 3mm hg, u dont need a twin disc clutch, but if u have the money go for it. and use aem ems, rc1000 are perfect(i wish i got these instead of the 750s bc mine are close to maxed out), and a walbro 255 should see ur 500hp goal. good luck

dont even touch the s2k head until over 600whp, it flows amazingly well stock.

Full race tubular manifold + gt3076 will definitely get you to 500whp no probem, stock motor, 3 mm headgasket

would recommend not getting 06+ since engine management choices are limited

get 00-05; for management, AEM EMS or Hondata Kpro.. The Kpro is more but you retain OBDII

where are you located?

yeh I plan on getting an older one for money issues (more to spend on parts). are ap1s just as good for boost? Which clutch should I get. and I dont need bottoem end building???

so full race 30 kit sounds like the best bet? I was also looking at inlinepro kits. were can i get the 3mm headgasket?

Im located In las vegas, NV

I would go with a 35r personally. 500whp and a 30r is really pushing it.

the 30r can make 500 no problem if u have th right manifold, 35r wouldnt be a bad option either , the spool is very close anyway
