No, because you can't update the standard PROM to an EPROM on an S2000 ECU. Only the K6+ ECUs are reflashable.

thats a very good question, dont take my word for it but am pretty sure it cant my tuner explained it to me and he tunes neptuned cars.
He gave me this whole big explanation about it, which was in chinese to me.

yea thats where i saw it in the first place, im gonna have him tune my car so i wanted an alternative to aem but nevermind

i spoke to jeff a few weeks ago and neptune CAN NOT be used for the S. Mostly B series stuff
