Default New Engine Break in

I'm installing a new oem short block and was wondering what oil is recommended for break-in. I've been told regular castrol 10w-30 is fine but I just wanted some opinions first. Thanks in advance

We use Joe Gibbs oil at our shop on fresh engines. They have a specific break in oil.

Thanks for all the replies, we fired it up tonight and heat cycled it three times (cooling system takes forever to completely bleed of air ). I've heard great things about brad penn on this board, however my mechanic told me to stay away from it and it doesn't help that it's rough on catalytic converters. Going to break in the motor tomorrow, hopefully everything goes well .
