Default No tune and I am still fine? How?

Gents, I finally upgraded to a 10 pound pulley on NOVI1000. It's a 3.4" pulley from Science of Speed. Car is tuned for 6psi right now and getting a re-tune in about 4 weeks, tuner is busy as hell.

So as I am cruising back after installing it, AFR is fine obviously under partial throttle. So being me, I wanted to see what the AFR will be under WOT. In 6th gear I quickly go from 3000-6500rpm and leanest it ran was 12.4 for a millisecond and stayed within 11-12 range the whole time. Now I am thinking I am nearly doubling boost here, how is it that my current tune in 30f weather is able to keep everything in check? The whole way back I was between 3-6k rpm and short bursts of full throttle.

Does e-manage ultimate adjusts on its own?
Is my AFR gauge off and lies to me?

Did I blow my motor by messing around lol?

You'll be richest in 6th gear.

Your auto tune feature is probably enabled in the Emanage. There is a target afr, after several WOT pulls the afr will self correct to the target. This really should be turned off after you get tuned. It is a nice street tuning feature though to get 90% of where you need to be.

Or your getting belt slip.

Or the lower rpms isn't enough boost increase to see a big enough afr change, but I kind of doubt that. Unless your vtec engagement is still at stock and your only WOT under vtec?

At 10 psi would you retard ignition more than at 6psi? If its more than a degree or two, I would be more worried about over timing the engine, even if the AFRs are in check.

Wot is easy to tune if you have the capabilities to change your tune yourself, could adjust the map on your own and run that for awhile until you get into the shop
