Nord-Lock part numbers?
Hey Guys,
I have gone to the nord-lock site but I have lost! Haha. I have also search this sight and haven't had any luck. Can anyone direct me to where they bought their washers from and the sizes.
1) I need the size for the turbo to manifold washers.
I honestly am not certain of the bolt size of the bolt from turbo to manifold but I feel certain someone will know it as it is a full race manifold (ramhorn).
2) I need to know the washer size for the manifold bolts ARP 400-8012(M8x1.25x38mm).
Thanks for your help guys!

Here's where I ordered mine from:
Nord-Lock
part number R842-NL8b for the 8mm and get a set for the 3/8 turbo bolts (R842-NL3/8b)
Also some bad news for you, the ARP mainifold bolts you have are too short. You will need the 1.75" long ones (M8 X 1.25 X 45MM). This is not a guess, I have this exact same setup (I ordered the 1.5" ones first unfortunately)...full-race ramhorn, nord-lock washers, OEM nuts.
Hope that helps

Here's where I got the ARP hardware from:

Also, what hardware are you using to bolt the turbo to the manifold?
I'm going to suggest to bolt the turbo to the manifold outside of the car and install them as one unit. I had issues with the full-race supplied bolts backing out (lost 2 of them and blew the turbo gasket). I have been running this setup for a little while now with no issues:
I used grade 8 hardware from Home Depot
3/8 x 1.5" bolt -> nord-lock washer -> grade 8 flat washer -> thru turbo housing -> threaded thru manilfold -> nord-lock washer -> grade 8 nut
For installation, undo the 2 bolts holding the passenger side motor mount (from underneath the car). Then use a jack to jack up the passenger side of the motor. This will (barely) give you enough room to drop the turbo/manifold down and over the exhaust studs.

Thanks a lot for all the info. I was going to just put Nord-lock washers on the bolts but ill take your recommendation as it looks quite robust. On my current set-up I have only lost a couple manifold nuts and haven't had any issue with my turbo to manifold bolts but i also currently have a log so i windy if that cuts down on some of the vibration?
Thanks again for the tips!
