Is it calibrated correctly on the AEM? Do you have a gauge or just an inline wideband?
no, i dont have gauges, it was from the reading on AEMTuner. here a pix of it(circle in red)

What injectors are you running? My RC550's idle at around 12.7-13.5 at times. It's pretty annoying.
i have rc750cc, car idle fine, no misfire or anything. pretty much idle almost like stock and drive normally too.

Do you have the A/F target running? The ECU should be adjusting to it if so.

reving or putting load doesn't change the O 2#1 AFR, it stays at 10.1 at all. found out my o2 Feedback control is off. so im guessing my 02 is not hook up to my aem or it faulty because only .02 voltage show on the sensor.

my tuner said that this shouldn't effect my car drivability as long as the O2 FB control is OFF.

is this true?

Yes, if from what it sounds like... is not even reading the actual tune.

O2 feedback control will only "shoot" for target a/f in the certain areas of the chart. That is assuming it is checked on.

Have you driven it albeit safely to see if the a/f moves?
