Default Oil and Water temperature

what are good ranges for these temps to stay in? I know my accord always ran between 180-200 but what about the S and is it true that oil temp will/should be 15degrees higher than the water temp? I just got my new gauges and want to know what to set the upper warning limits too.

and

what is a good place to intall the oil temp sensor? Greddy makes a oil drain plug replacement but that won't work with my oil return line. suggestions?

Would like to know this as well...I see 180F coolant when it's cold outside and I cruise and I see 215F when it's hot outside and I'm giving her a hard time. Mugen fan switch, Spoon thermostat and Tabata 3 core radiator.....

It can get as low as a chilly 9 degrees in the UAE. Of course that is Celcius and only in mid-winter at night. There are very few penguins.

How the fcuk did you know? We had 9C last winter and everyone was running around dressed like a penguin. That was some cold $hit! I come from a country where we hit minus 15C easily, but 9C in DUbai was freeeeezing cold My car felt like 50whp more that night! Now we have the end of october and when I drive home at 3.p.m. it's 40-42C out there. Do your math. The car feels like $hit.

When my car was on the dyno, the thermometer next to it was showing 45-46C!!! Don't try that at home!

ANYWAY, please post your COOLANT and OIL temp, this is what it should be about, right?
Yestreday, my car running on one fan only overheated like hell, just to run at 185F a few minutes later. I gave up finding out whats wrong
