Congrats! Another NFR Turbo!

Don't listen to the negativity. I would have gone with the InlinePRO over the Greddy personally but at the end of the day, you'll have a turbocharged S2000 and it'll put a smile on your face every time you drive it.

You should have bought inline pro's kit the greddy kit is weak. Cool though congrats.
given that you've only been on here for a few months and aren't even a paying member I would venture to say that the OP has put a little more thought into this than you.....

The greddy kit has several things going for it such as price, carb legality, and the ability to pass OBD2 emissions testing, things which the InlinePro kit (while being a fabulous kit) just can't match.

I thought me driving a GMC Extended Econovan would be funny too

If you need any help definitely drop me a line. After I fix my headgasket and you get your Greddy kit in we should do some mountain runs in the Cheaha(sp?) area in Alabama. The S2katlanta club did that run last spring and it was a blast

That sounds like fun!

When I get the kit, I'll be enlisting several people's assistance...

There is a local s2000 here fully built with 620hp... NOT greddy obviously, however, i'm going to make him help me if I can...

You are one of the next closest.

Econovan FTW! lol

If you are worried about being illegal your car should stay stock, down to the paper filter, because if I am not mistaken, last time I got pulled over the state trooper told me my exhaust was illegal. So your point right there is not valid, besides the fact you no longer have a warrenty. Besides inline pro's basic off the shelf kit is less than the greddy, also if you are a site member they offer you a discount. And just because someone is a paying member dosnt mean he knows more than someone who is not, it just makes them stupid to pay for a membership on here that they can get for free.

... Did I say illegal?

No, I live in alabama... where there is no inspection... ever... and the exhaust is illegal (yours) because of CARB or sound... and I'm keeping my exhaust stock...

My reason was TRUST. Go back and read FTW!

The comments about your knowledge would probably be more centered around your whopping 143 days of membership How about some factual data and not just vague fanboy comments about the other manufacturers. Better yet, post pictures, dyno sheets, and specs of your turbo setup (if one) so we can compare.

Back to topic, nice choice. I too have had a host of Greddy products in the past problem free. Excellent pick for your needs!!

I have posted my hp numbers already, and been through this a hundred times. I made 218hp with a snorkel and intake on a dyno dynamics, might I add the most accurate dyno out. The fact that someone would spend that kind of money for that little performance dosnt make any sense. You can do all your bolt ons and cams, and make a very good number with a good tune. Besides I pay for all my shit not like mommy and daddy payin for your car or put the turbo on a credit card, cause anyone can do that. And the fact that you base someones knowledge by the length of time on the site is ignorant, and shows how little knowledge you have.

Well, I was seriously going to with the Inline Pro kit.. But after researching and finding out that Inline's kit isn't COMPLETE, I opted for the Greddy. To complete the IP kit, you have to buy EMS, injectors and oil relocation kit. From the prices I have gathered, this is saving me 1700 plus retaining the stock ecu and obd2. And with that figure I would only be able to make 350rwhp on stock compression where as the Greddy is capable of 300+ rwhp on stock compression. And if you want to add more power you are looking at another 1k+ for ball bearing turbo upgrade and supporting mods. To me, 300rwhp is PLENTY for a light car such as ours. I am sure 12's are achieveable with 300rwhp. That puts us up ther with vettes. And for me, my car is a DD so I dont need anything much faster than that.
