Default overboosting, now underboosting.

the vaccuum lines that were coming out of my charge pipe, well.. broke out. so i replaced it with a T which sends the ports directly to the wastegates.

well, it turns out that the thing on the charge pipe must have been bleeding out just a tiny bit of air, and now im only making 11psi instead of 15psi.

what are some good options that are easy to get that pressure back? its all 3AN braided lines to the gates, so i was thinking of drilling a tiny hole in each AN fitting near the gates to bleed some off, but ovbiously i need the bleed to be equal between both lines... mabye drill a hole in the 3AN T fitting?

"reliable" ...drilling a hole to try and bleed off boost does not fit into that category. If you cant afford a $30 boost controller, I dunno what to tell you.

Run 11psi. When you can afford to own a turbocharged s2000 you can up the boost back to 15psi then. Save your drivetrain in the meantime. If you cant afford a boost controller you definitely cant afford a rear end or transmission.

Get a cheap manual boost controller if you’re really desperate. Far from ideal but should be ok for the meantime. Does you tune have a boostcut?
