Oversized Valves
Hey everyone - I am getting some Supertech custom pistons made pretty soon. I will be going FI hopefully soon, and am getting the head ported/polished with oversized valves.
My question is: With oversized valves, do I need anything different in the pistons in terms of valve relief? I would for HCP NA, but I wouldn't for LCP, right?
I will be getting 9.5:1 pistons with Darton sleeves and probably Crower connecting rods, and 1mm oversized valves I and E.
And what's the difference between open deck and mid deck sleeves?
TIA
Anybody using Crower connecting rods?
Anybody using aftermarket more aggressive cams with FI?

I am waiting for a response from one of them, haha.
But I DID finally accept the fact that higher compression on 92 pump = retarded timing = no gains... Dayam. You shattered my dreams!!!
Back to planning for FI perhaps...

11 cylinder engine, huh? Sounds neat. How do the valves and driveshafts work in that bad boy? Just kidding. Im assuming a typo, and you meant 8 more. In which case, I AGREE!!!!
Lets hope I can get the funding together to go FI and a built block. It's pretty much just down to the connecting rods and labor.
