Long story short:

Charger pulley broke, brought it to trust auto in SSF, they installed as new one. Since then, Godzilla isnt loud at all, CEL is still on (P0411).

After some time figuring it out what it might be, brought it to blacktrax and they found a tear in one of the vacuum lines. They changed it all including other services that i got (which i give two thumbs up for) and it was fine for 2-3 days. Wake up and turn on the car the following day, and BAM the CEL comes back on. I called Blacktrax back and they pulled the code of P0411 AGAIN !!

Were all a little bit puzzled. I think he said something might be wrong with the vtec solenoid or the box thing that all the vacuum lines go to (sorry for my illiterate car talk).

Any other pros know what the problem might be?
And if that can be answered, what about the godzilla BOV? When idling, air is coming out of it (which i think is normal since it did this before) but now, even when i vtec and let go off the gas, there is no sound coming from it.

Really frustrated about this issue since the pulley and this CEL was from November of 2006. HELP IS NEEDED. Thanks!

 

Check and make sure the one way check valve (small, white inline valve) is in the right direction. The one that comes off of the left side of the vacuum container (as you are facing the car), should be going to the top vacuum hardline on top of intake. Not sure if this will help.

 

Check where it connects near the fuel rail, it is hard to miss there and sometimes it looks connected, but it is not.

 

all of the lines are connected right. What this vtec solenoid thing they talked to me about?

Im talking about the box that the vacuum lines connect to. Could that be a faulty box?

 

never heard of a faulty vacuum box. jus make sure that all of the vacuum lines have no small slices in them. look really close.

 

the box that operates the air injection vavle, could that be faulty? I have never seen it on the boards so im not too sure.

With this code, what could possibly be wrong? Through the helms manual, they redid the procedures and everything passed the test, but two days later, the light came on.

 

Just got the car back from Blacktrax, and they as awesome job. They found the main problem which was the vacuum box. That box had a huge hole in it and im suprised that Trust auto didnt find that out when they installed the pulley. How can they miss that when they are looking for damages after the pulley broke?

Anywho, Blacktrax fixed that and now my godzilla BOv is working again. That BOv is so loud, it scared me since i totally forgot how it sounded like.
