Default PFAB STAGE 1 TURBO KIT!

I need your honest opinions about the pfab stage 1 turbo kit, brand new its selling for 3100$

ive been reading up on the kit and it seems to be good...do you guys agree...like ive said on previous threads im looking to be between 350-380 whp area, but at the same time I NEED to be reliable

ive talked to several tuners, and they tell me the log manifold is NO good, but then I see people running the pfab log manifold all the time and they claim to be reliable...so whats the real deal with this log manifold (is it bad?)

what are your experiences...all you guys with the pfab stage 1 kit, please share your experiences with this kit, both good and bad and be honest with me

the idea of going boost is driving me nuts I want to do it already

lmk your thoughts on this particular kit please guys

i have no experience with the kit, but i was looking into getting the kit a while back and the only thing i didnt like about it was the turbo that comes with it, you can have it changed, but the price has it set with a T3/T04E which is a journal bearing gerrett turbo. you canpick these turbos up for around 600$ i think with a gt3076 or better than it would be badass. but this is my opinion

i just bought the greddy kit, but byno means is it made to make the power u wanted, i like the kit because it comes with just about everything you need, and if you want to make a little higher numbers then you get a gt3076r in a t28 frame. any way good luck with your build

I have a pfab kit second hand from another guy. The turbo that came with mine was a turbonetics t3/t04e and it did have good spool, boosted pretty well and was a good looking kit. Although the manifold isn't made for major HP, it will hit the goal ur looking for with no problems and the log mani is very well built. The only thing I stress is "don't go with the small turbo". Right now I just swapped out my small turbonetics for a precision 6169sp. It won't have the fastest spool but u can get the power u want. U probably won't want that large of a turbo tho.....

You cannot go wrong with pfab turbo kit. I have the stage 2 kit almost a year now and it works without any problems. The manifold also looks one of the best in the market. I highly recoment this kit

There is nothing wrong with his log. Yeah they don't make as much HP then his other higher end model but it will make what your looking for. The log with a gt30 or 5857 should be a fun car to drive. I had a turbo car and real a fast spool is more fun than higher hp.

pfab quality is one of the best, only probelm with the stage 1 is you have to relocate fuse box and either get smaller battery to do that or move it to the trunk, but the top mount def is one of the sexiest looking kits there is

For a log manifold, the stage 1 kit is phenominal..but as a few have stated before, the little t3/t04 isnt what you want and will have to go with all the ass pain of selling a small turbo that no one wants, go with the pfab gt30, its good into the 400whp range no problemo...

@svencarlson07: agreed!! the pfab top mount kits are SO sexy
