A cap to from a 20oz bottle of soda works well along electrical tape.

Hey that's my bov! I didn't want to weld anything, so I used some 25mm water/heater hose. That allowed me to put the HKS at a good angle.

The HKS is on a 25mm flange adapter used on VW and Audi's (available on ebay).

I fabricated something out to a paint cap, teflon tape, and electrical tape to cover the original dv inlet. I also disconnected the crank case breather hose (mated it to a catch can instead). That way, I don't have anything going into the intake pipe (i.e., possible blow by, etc).

Does anyone if there are flanges available for the Greddy typeS that mate up to a 25mm hose easily?
I want to keep it all easily reversible in case I switch to a different BOV.

Just use a specific application flange like this one for the EVO....

Hose connections don't work as well as direct welding though.
