Default Power for gauges

Where is everyone powering their gauges from? Currently I have the CT waterpump in the "C" spot and my a/f gauge in the fuse #9 spot with an add a fuse. Not sure where to power the 2nd gauge from.

You could wire in a junction block to the spade terminal under the dash. There are three by the fusebox, I think it's the middle one that is ignition powered (not 100% sure, can look at my car later). I'm not sure if the #9 that you're using now is the same terminal that I'm referring to. These are some different junction blocks you can use. You can get them at auto parts stores or places like Radio Shack.

That's what you need. You can run one wire for power from the switched point under the dash fuse box, and split that four ways. Basically making the one power source four.

That's what I've been using for my gauges with 5A fuses.

I spliced both my gauges power wires together and then ran them to a 5A fuse and into a spade terminal for the unused switched 12V in the fuse box.

I believe the spade terminal c is the ignition one you are talking about redline and that is where I have the water pump. Will everything be getting enough power if I use the junction block and still run the water pump there? Someone mentioned in an older thread that his Plx gauge wasn't getting enough power when he tried powering it in the same spot as the pump.

By waterpump do you mean an actual waterpump or a gauge? If you mean just a coolant temp gauge, it'll be fine. Gauges don't require a lot of voltage to be powered.
