You're going to also need an injector driver to run those.

You can tun them no problem with a resistor box, but an injector driver would in fact be better.
With all of the great injectors on the market these days though i would never use those.

I've had poor luck with that style connector clip; the kind that use that little paperclip locking thing to hold the clip in place. They never provide enough force to maintain a good connection over time. I had a set with my old injectors and I could push them all on tight, then drive for 15 minutes and I would start getting a misfire from one cylinder. Hop out of the car, push all the clips together firmly again, and be good for another 15 minutes. It was pathetic.
I've had better luck with the kind that ID supply with their injectors. They have a rubber seal/gasket internally that gets compressed, then side locking tabs hold the clip in place. Its just a better design and more robust. Despite this better design, several people still develop misfires using this style PnP clip as well. PnP clips just aren't the most reliable way to maintain connection to the injectors. They can work, but its a bit of a crap shoot. Best way to improve your odds is to use a quality connector design though, and the ones you posted aren't of a good design.
