Default Precision 6765 is it too big for the S2

Hey guys anyways not sure if you know i got screwed on the comptech kit soo im looking at turbo's now..the kit is amazing just comes with precision 6765 billet turbo..I understand it makes spool around 5500 rpm...is that too laggy for an S2000? I realize the turbo is too large for my power goals but thats what it comes with..is it possible to get 400whp on lower boost without having insane amounts of lag..Worse comes to worse i guess i can sell that turbo and get a smaller one

I would recomend not going any bigger than 6262 if you are looking for less then 700WHP

the 6262 is a good turbo for 400-700hp range and will also give you a quick spool compared to the 6765.

5857 or 6262. i would do the 6262 since it will give you a lot of headroom

boost is addictive

For your power goals yes the 67 is way to big. a 58 would be perfect and a 62 when you get the boost bug bite.

If it is a good kit and at good price I would not sweat the 6765 billett, its a good turbo. Yeah other turbos will spool a little faster but unless you go down to the 5758 its not gonna be that huge. The larger turbo will give you more top end with lower boost.

How many miles are on the turbo, and is it the billet version?

I would personally run the 5857 and not the 6262. 400whp is cakewalk for those turbos.
