Default Problem with E-manage blue

Hey, I just finished installing my turbo kit and I'm trying to get my car to run properly with the Emanage blue. I have 600cc injectors and have the old/new injectors entered into the parameters. Car idles fine, no CEL. When I take it for a drive with the data logging, the car runs lean if you try to accelerate, I still havnt taken the car over 3500 as to avoid engine damage. Using map trace in the addition injector map even when the parameter is 30% increase my total combined fuel % is only at about 14%??? and the largest increase in fuel from the addition injector map is only 6% when the first value I have is 10%

Anyone had this happen before? How do I go about correcting this? If more info is need please let me know so I can get this resolved.

Thanks in advance

John

Here is a screenshot...My intake manifold pressure is at 3.XX and rpm at 3XXX and still I only have a total injector duty of 12% when it should be adding at least 30% fuel?

Get rid of the blue. It's worthless. The Ultimate is a major step up, but if you went turbo you want to go with a stand alone ecu for best tuning and number.

Look into the AEM EMS or other stand alone systems out there. You will not get anywhere near the potential you could have with the blue.

The blue blows for just N/A on the s2000...on a FI car this has to be magnifed too. seriously...get rid of it.

Probably not the answer you were looking for, but it's the best answer.

PM Twiztid or Gilbertg

They might be able to help you. These are the E-manage Ultimate wizards, so you've got a shot. But definetly go with the standalone when you can; it's crucial to running an efficient and powerful turbo system.

nobody runs blue here. really...nobody does. It's an inadequate piggyback for the s2000.

Like I said, you're best bet is to pm one or both of those two screen names I gave you.

Swap it out for the Ulitmate then if you're n/a. If you're FI, you need a stand alone.

The blue is garbage. seriously.

I have the exact same problem. I've took the car to shops and I have got it tuned and it would run perfect for about a week or so, then it would start to lean out. my car would lean out rite after 5500 rpm. I say get rid of the blue box as im going to.

heard a lot of good things about aem ems.
