Default project t3 IP sidewinder complete!

as some of you may know i used to have the pfab ELT topmount pictured in my sig below, and that manifold cracked and he wouldnt fix because of age of the manifold. i lucked out and found a BRAND NEW inline pro t4 sidewinder manifold for 800 on here, got a t3 to t4 turbo adapter, ported the shit out of it to port match the turboi and t4 flange on the manifold, found a new intake manifold used by LHT performance, and finally got her finished up last night.
this manifold it huge! had to do a little banging around for needed clearance but made a 4th gear pull last night on the freeway and felt really nice for running at 10.5 WOT since it was tuned for my last setup. the sound is slightly different with this manifold you can hear the compression it flows so well and isnt as muffled like a smaller cast mani. and only have a 6 inch dumptube might make a little difference i need to tweak the fuel map but the ignition is nice from last tune, might hit the dyno to get numbers eventually

PICS UP

Yeah but u didn't have to use t3-t4 flange adapter. Adds more length.

the flange was only maybe an inch max away from the frame, i just did it to be safe because i believe thats why my other mani cracked, DP hitting the frame in the back so i just wanted to be cautious. the sub frame has the two lips on each side facing up, i just beat the lip down flat in a 3 inch spot, nothing major. also i believe this is an earlier version, dont know if they modded it at all, but the reason i say this is because i belive they use a cast colloector now and this one is welded together, im not sure though.

stocs2k: i already have fusebox, battery, basically everything on that side tucked previously from my last kit

u should not be doing wot pulls on this thing until either you or someone else logs and tweaks it. you have no idea how its responding on the spool up afr wise.

glad its working, but be careful. these kind of threads ussually end with AND IT BROKE.

i was logging with flashpro, never went lean at all. its actually pretty nicely tuned already since the only thing i changed with the manifolds. but im reaching lower boost i believe solet because the dumptube is so short and the dump flange is straight down instead of 90'ed like pfabs. yes i will be getting tuned soon though to see what it really has in it.
