Default PTE 5857 or GT3076R

Upgrading from my garret 57trim turbo with 63 hotside and log manifold. Bought the forged performance ramhorn manifold with 3 inch downpipe. I am trying to decide if I should pick up a PTE 5857 or the GT3076R. Looking to put down about 370 to 380 whp at 10psi. The car currently makes 292whp and 232trq at 9psi on a conservative tune in the hot AZ climate with a 2.5 inch downpipe and revhard manifold. Just want to get some opinions on wich turbo to go with. Not planning on doing a thicker headgasket just yet so keep that in mind. Otherwise I would probably just keep the garrett 57 trim and turn up the boost with a thicker gasket.
Do you guys think the 57 trim is capable of 370 to 380 without going higher than 10 psi?? Car is my daily driver so I dont want to push the limits too much. Want some reliable power.

I made ~400 on 12psi give or take on my 30r.

Highly recommended imo.

Ive been reading alot on 8thcivic.com on how the 5857 are blowing out seals. I think you wont have any regrets with the gt30r. Its a great turbo that could definitley put you where you want to be.

The 5857 is a better performing turbo, a gt30 is more reliable turbo.

I had heard that they changed the design of the seals so they dont have that problem anymore.

I had 2 bad 35R's....don't be too cocky...

I have a 58/57 now. They are nice turbos (billet wheel, air-cooled centers) no need for water lines etc...

I was originally leaning towards the 5857 at first because I thought it would make more power than the 30R at 10psi. I read somewhere that the 30r flows 53lb a min and the 5857 flows 60lb a min. Seems like the 5857 would move more air at 10psi. But I have heard alot about the seals blowing easily.

The only time I've ever heard of a Garrett going bad was because of an oil issue or they didn't hook up the water lines.
