Default Pulleys re install

Anyone know if the pulley on the timing chain cover is suppose to have a spacer? Mine is loose after putting it back on.

never mind I got it. But I just realized I installed the timing chain cover without attaching the harness for the sensor so I have to take bracket off for the pulley with the holes in it in order to get the sensor on.
