its easy. the top pully to the left of the alternator is the idler pully. put a socket on it and pull down. it loosens the belt, then install new belt and pull up to tighten it all the way.

no; it's like a spring-loaded tensioner - meaning it's automatic so no torque specs 4u it just moves out of the way and returns to its original position when you lay-off of it. you'll feel it. super easy the belt will like fall off when you move the tensioner. there isn't any 'tightening'. if you no longer have a diagram of the belt's routing, draw it on paper first (surprising how you can forget haha)

I can't find belt routing and I'm not near my car to draw you one out. Grab a sheet of paper and draw pulleys in orentation to your view. Mark them so you know which pulley the belt is going around. It's very simple.

To make this easier on yourself I would go buy a serpentine belt tool, shouldn't be too expensive but it will make the job much easier! Also, like everyone said, remember to draw a good diagram before removing the belt

whichever tool you feel comfortable will not fly into your face if you lose grip, that, between it and your muscle, can also push the pulley back all the way belt tools are nice and long though so makes for zero effort
