Recently I went through my system to clean it and check for problems and i found that alot of the dirty blow by that my krank vent relesed from the crank case is being returned back into the system and is not filtered(In the pic it is the hose that enters the "intake elbow" after the filter,just before the hose connects to the snail. here are some pics of what im talking about. Can anyone mention why the pcv valve that re-enters the sc system is there at all? you can also see the blowby has deposited it self on some of the intercooler fins, i checked at the throttle body and from what i can see there is no blowby entering the throttle body, but im still confused why you would want anything less than clean air into your system.
