Default Question about supercharger oil return line oil plug

Im looking a the oil return line plug supplied by comptech for there supercharger and it looks smaller than the oem plug. The threads look like they won't fit into the pan. Is there a difference from ap1 pan to an ap2 pan ? I didn't thnk so. Also what kind of washer are you using? The oem meal one or a rubber one?

they both use a m14x1.5 thread on the drain plug

the return line is 1/2" I.D. so -8 AN is perfect for it (an fittings and hose are measured in 1/16" so -8an is 1/2" hose )

I used the OEM metal crush washer and a dab of hondabond sealant on the part going on the pan, my fitting is a swivel piece so turning the fitting by hand loosens it off the adapter fitting easy oil changes! lol

here is my thread its for vortech but same concept.
