Car tuned yesterday @97'F. ambient temperature. Vented hood, radiator plate, Mishimoto radiator and cap, stock T-stat and fan switch. Tuner recalibrated 1052 coolant values and changed fans on at 180'F. Max 3 bars all day on dyno with Modifry ECT (190'F-204'F). CEL light set up as coolant warning light at 210'F. Ran it hard on the ride home, max 3 bars on the ECT.

Like a lot of people have proved, the stock water cooling system for the s2k is very strong. The real problem with going turbo is oil cooling. Usually the stock oil cooler must be removed but even then some kind of fairly large oil cooler is needed to sustain WOT for extended periods of time.

I know when I was going "excessive" speed for damn near 2 hours on a rally, my temps were hovering in the 260F range on an ~80F day
