Questions about E85
In reference to the inconsistency. For us south east coast guys we don't have to worry so much about e85 "winter" "summer" blend. The whole year is always winter blend for florida and the southeast US.
I can't find the thread but it has the dates listed for when the blends of e85 change.
From what I know about e85, good fuel lines is recommended and a strong high flowing fuel system is needed. Because the gas burns cooler you can run more timing meaning "faster spool" and more Psi. although you need more of the fuel to run the same numbers as q16 or c16 it's still the preferred option for a lot of tuners.

Ive seen numbers close to 500 with e85 the right tune and all stock parts including head gasket. I reacently moved from MN and 35% of all tuners there run it all the time.Ive seen 3 ap1 and 2 ap2 that DD and run e85 with no problem. I am in the process of tuning my ap1 on e85 only bc my scion tc was and produced better results then i could have ever imagined. The guys at Full Blown Motorports in apple valley MN do it all the time with constant good results. Here in ND e85 is quite common and alot of subaru and evo guys have made the swich
^ 567whp with E85 18psi tuned by Fullblown Motorsports stock engine. Yes E85 is great stuff and I run it all the time in the summer. E85 is harder to start in the winter time and that is why they switch to E70 blend.

how much power are you going for? I think you will be fine with that size pulley on pump gas.
I am huge into autox and looking this summer to start taking classes to get my HPDE racing license. So i dont want a crazy amount of power.
If you're heavy into autocross, let me tell you not to go supercharged. Buy suspension and a diff and go STR. Your wallet will thank you.
