Anyone know where the drivers are so I can get my PC to hook up to the emanage?

 

I have the program and it starts right up. I just can't get my emanage to connect to my PC. I need the correct drivers. I have a folder that is for drivers, but for some reason it's being over looked or it's not even right...

HELP PLEASE.

 

Find out what software and firmware versions u are running. It could be the problem.

 

Well, I was on the phone with a greddy tech for almost 2 hours trying to get it to work...

He sent me the 1.09 and 1.09. Then we tried to update to the 2.20 and 2.20 and it won't update...

So if anyone has the 2.20 stuff, please let me have it.

I'm certain it's that... I just need the newest stuff.

Let me see what I have. It may be 1.9 also. I always get prompted with a password, but never seem to have to actually use it when I edit stuff. Weird, does anyone have that same issue?

 

I don't know how but I got it to work on my friends PC, but I need to give it back to him. I can't just keep it.

I think they really just need to have the software available to download on the site, it would solve so many problems.

 

i could also use the 2.2 software.

 

Well, I got it to work on my laptop, but I can't get the drivers to install. When I plug the emanage ult. into my laptop it asks for the drivers and then I point it to the folder that says "drivers" and it says can not find drivers...
