Radiator won't turn off !

Radiator won't turn off !
I had this problem before then it just disappeared. Now it is back!!
After I turn off my car, the radiator stays on and won't turn off. It stays on until the battery dies. I have to unplug the fan to prevent battery die
what can be the problem??? my mods are in my sig. can it be a setting on the aem ems?

Disconnect the connector to the thermo switch on the botton left corner of the radiator. If this solves the problem the switch is bad. Leave it disconnected and control the fan with the AEM EMS.
