Default Random misfires with RC 750 Injectors

I'm experiencing random misfires at idle with my RC 750 injectors. Using an EMS 30-1052. Anybody running these injectors and getting them to idle smoothly? Is there a minimum pulse width to idle on? Any tweaking done to the phasing? Idle timing is set to 5.85 degrees. Idle fluctuation seems fine at +/- 25 rpm. Idle learned value = 0. Ignition vs Idle RPM is -3/+3. I am using the EMS preset for battery offset voltage. Idles @ 1000 RPM 14.7 AFR around -9.53 psi, pulse width 1.08. Am I missing something here?

Any help would be appreciated..

FYI, Swapped OEM injectors back in with OEM ECU and does not misfire at idle. Just to rule out possibility of anything other than EMS/Injectors.

I have read that the RC750 injectors are hit or miss. Not too sure what the issues were though. I have RC550 and the car idles fine but not perfect.I would go with ID1000 if I started over. Apparently they idle great due to their spray pattern.

Does ID1000's require modifying the stock fuel rail? Will ID725's work without modification?

Hmm, could have sworn I seen somewhere that ID1000's required boring out the oem fuel rail. Or maybe that was the 2000's. Whats the point of getting the 725 over the 1000? They are nearly identical in price?

Those are likely the ID2000. No boring needed.

There isn’t at this point, enough people have the run the 1000's to say they idle/perform flawlessly. The technology is superior with ID's therefore the old rule of smaller cc injector you can get away with for best idle/partial throttle atomization is moot. The 725's will support over 450whp mind you. But considering possible resale value, most seem to want the bigger injectors to support more power or run E85. I'd go with the 1000's myself.

I have 550's and the car runs really good but if i were to do it over again i would spend the extra $$ and go with ID1000s
