Default RC 550cc High Impedence Injectors

I have some RC 550cc injectors here and they are not installing very easily.

They say RC SL4-550 on the side of them. Are these the correct ones for the S2000?

Thanks.

What do you mean by "not installing very easily."?

If your having problems trying to get the injectors in the holes of the fuel rail or engine, you might want to put some oil on the O-rings, this will help them to slide right in.

If you finished installing the injectors but the fuel rail looks like it out of place, looks as if it's too high, bolts can't reach, you need spacers.

I mean they are out of place with the fuel rail. i am using an aftermarket rail-perhaps that is the problem.

Turns out RC initially used modified SL4 injectors for the S2000, before coming out with the SL9 injectors which are meant for the S2000. Turns out the o-rings are a little different and I will need some metal spacers.

All the RC 440's I've seen are SL4's and require the fuel rail stand bolts to be spaced up, as well as the straps on the stock fuel rail.
