Default RC injector install

Well I got to installing my intake and started on the fuel rail. The 750 RC injectors I have came with a small O ring that goes into the fuel rail. That did not fit very well so I took off the o ring from the stock injector. The fit was better but clipped back in it still felt alittle wobbly. Has anyone that installed their own injectors ran into this problem? Did you leave it and it was fine or did you find another solution? I don't want to start the car and have gas leaking everywhere. Thanks.

EDIT: Just to let people know the RC injector that is shown in this pic is not the right one for the 06 S2000. We are now using the RSX injectors. So if you get RC's that looks like the one below its not the right one.

Sounds like you are not using the steele/metal bushings on the mounting studs to
compensate for the taller injector. If you have not installed those yet and you are only talking about the injector itslef being a little wobbly, that is normal. Everything will firm up after the rail is installed with the steele bushings on the studs. Good luck
P.S. Do not remove any o-rings

Two things the spacers.

And there is a thread with what size O rings to use from home depot if the supplied ones dont work.

Do not use the stock rings for the intake manifold side, they wont fit.

Take a look at the stock o rings on both sides of the injector opposed to the RC injector. The RC injector doesn't come with an o ring at the nozzle that goes into the intake manifold. The O ring on the RC injector is tiny and doesn't fit snug in the fuel rail at all. With the stock o ring on the RC injector it fits better.

JDM S2000 I didn't see any size o ring mentioned to buy for the injectors just washer size. Maybe I can find one at work but if anyone knows please let me know.

On you pic you need the 0 ring thats on you stock injectors, the top one that is on the RC and leave the o rings you have on the bottom of the rc and you are set, just get spacers.

OK I didn't really get what you said. I did call RC today and they said I need 2 O rings on the bottom and one on the top. There email kinda confused me too. Here is what they said.

I guess you do have some of the bottom o'rings and top green o'rings already. Please let me know which how many of which ones you need.

The one on the RC injector that goes to the rail doesn't fit correctly and shes saying in the email its correct which it isn't. I can see 2 of the stock o rings that go into the manifold would fit good. On my manifold I don't have the rubber grommet from the pic in the link a few post up. Its only the o ring that keeps in place. The lower portion of the injector fits into the smaller part of the intake manifold and then it gets larger the oring snugs it up so it fits well. The RC doesn't have the same shape as the stock.

I do have the spacers already so I'm good there.

you need to use 2 x #12 o-rings for the bottom part of each injector and i think the top o-ring is a size 3
