Default Re-Use IN PRO HG 3mm?

Im installing a used turbo kit on my car.

precision 6196r BB turbo
turbosmart .38mm wastegate
turbosmart BOV
650hp FMIC
Walbro Fuelpump
1000cc Injectors
3mm inline pro HG
The basic inline pro kit

Can I re-use 3mm hg?

What level of boost can I safely run? 20psi?

I'm wondering the same thing... but mine is a bit different.

The guy I bought mine from only had the HG installed for a tune. Apparently he quickly realized that his problems were beyond a new HG (he had a warped head) and the engine was then disassembled... so really my "used" HG was used for less than a mile. It looks BRAND NEW and if I take a caliper to it, I'm pretty sure it will be a consistent thickness all around. If I confirm this, do you think it will be safe to use it? No BS please.

Do not re-use the gasket! Save yourself the headaches that it may bring i the future. Do it right the first time!

Head gaskets are relatively cheap. It isn't how long it was on the motor it's the fact the head was already clamped down on it once, and a warped head at that. Spend the money on a new gasket to be sure you have a good seal.

im gonna say no, but that thing is more of a metal plate than a head gasket so might not be as bad as reusing a regular hg

why not buy a oem headgasket, undo the rivets that hold the used on on, and put the new rubber parts onto the 3mm metal part. or... just buy a new one...
