Default Rebuilding Vortech Setup

Hey Everyone,
So after running 9psi on a stock motor AP1, I am doing a complete rebuild to get more power while being even more reliable. My parts are as follows:

Laskey Built block
F22C1 block
Benson Sleeve
CP coated 10:1 Pistons
BC Rods
ACL race bearings

Headwork being done locally this week:
Port/Polish, flow bench
REV Valve train

Already being shipped to me to arrive next week:
Hytech SC header and 2.5" testpipe (yeah I know it will be restrictive but I still dont want to part with my Amuse R1 Titan single exhaust)

Need to get:
12 or 14psi Vortech pulley, belt and new bolt

Aiming for 400whp. I previously had 335whp and 210trq @ 9psi with the setup in my sig.

Any suggestions on what pulley size I should get and the best place to get it from are most welcomed!!

Thanks in advance everyone!

Why don't you upgrade your unit to a T-trim since you are rebuilding the motor and then run a smaller pulley on that.

Any recommendations on where to get a 14psi pulley and belt?

Thanks

If you send in your s trim, they will convert it to a t trim... Cost around $1000~ or so I forgot how much my friend paid at the time. No need to buy a completely new blower.

As where the best place to get a pulley and belt, you got me there.

Still a little pricey, but i am contacting vortech directly for the 3.8" pulley and belt that should be 14psi.
ASP said they are not doing anymore custom pulleys until the summer...maybe...
Thanks!

Ok. So I just finished placing the order with Vortech. They have the 3.8" pulley that should be delivered in 4 business days to my door.

3.8" pulley = $75
Retainer kit/bolt = $9.95
V-3 Lubricant Three-Pack, Includes Three 4-oz. Bottles and Spout Tip Bottle Cap $30.95

They did not have the belt shorter than a 50" belt that goes with the 4.5" pulley so once the pulley is here I will need to use a string to measure the distance and get the belt from NAPA.
I estimate it being a 48.7" belt. Anyone have the 3.8" pulley that can confirm?

Thanks!

what version of the blower do you have? You can't do T-trim on a V-3. And you said you bought 3 bottles of the V-3 lubricant, that only works with the v-3 model..which blower do you have?
