Default replacement wideband sensor for AEM 1052U

Those of you that replaced your 1052U wide-band sensors, is this the correct one to get? Where did you order yours from for a good price?

Tuner told me I should get another one because the high & low readings were getting out of whack. We confirmed this with a Motec sensor.
Its been on my car for about 11k miles, but most of those were on an overly rich tune which probably killed it quickly.

thanks
