Default Retarded BDL Fuel Rail Question

I'm currently having my engine swapped over at a workshop as I do not have the facilities to do so myself here.

The workshop in question has just called me to inform me they can't figure out how the BDL fuel rail fits to the S2000 OEM manifold.
I bought the BDL rail off a member here on s2ki brand new. It was still in the 2 boxes and came with the rail in one and the fitting pieces in the other.

I can't comprehend why they can't sort this out... Take one fuel rail + injectors + fuel line + FPR. bam done..... wtf....

I have to go visit them tomorrow to sort this out, so I'd like to go and hand them a few print outs of how it fits. My question is does anyone have a photo or 2 of their BDL fuel rail setup? Or perhaps an online installation I can link them to for following? I've searched but have been unable to find anything S2K BDL related.

TIA.

EDIT:
And while I think of it, does anyone think ID1000's + single intank Walbro 255 will be enough fuel for 550whp / 25psi?

If i recall correctly I have read somewhere about problems fitting the BDL fuel rail....

About your question with the single walbro and the ID 1000's you will be on the limit of the walbro not the ID 1000's. Mine maxed out before fitting the BAP at 525whp but safely tuned. There are of course members over here that have achieved more whp from a single walbro set up

Damn, would explain a lot then.. Wanna sell me the custom fabricated holders? lol

The problem I have is using the OEM rail with an AEM FPR, causes the ugly plastic bit of crap to not fit well unless you bend it around the FPR. I hate the ugly plastic POS as it is, that's why I got the BDL in the first place! Maybe I should buy an AEM rail instead?

I'm leaning towards the Bosch 044 pump and running a fuel line through the car rather than going the BAP option for 3 main reasons..

a) peace of mind
b) No one down here would know what or how to use a KB B-A-P, so I'd be worried they'd incorrectly set it.

I've been keeping an eye on the B-A-P thread for this reason as I know @ 500+ fueling is going to become an issue. After seeing BAP's cause 255 failures I think the peace of mind in the 044 plays a part.

Anyone else care to chime in re: fueling?

I had one also. Turns out they are really a B - Series Rail. I had to make custom brackets to make mine fit. But Inline Pro rail or Full- blown , is the way to go! Good Luck Making brackets ! Wait I think I might still have mine f you need them. Id have to look in my garage.

Definately the Bosch would be better option but more expensive and noisy solution. About the BAP (kenne bell) there is no problem with the walbro as long as you use the 3 psi switch and is not woking overtime continously. It will work only while you have boost which how long this will be you think? Connecting the BAP is a simply and easy job even you can do it with the diagram provided. As per setting it is nothing difficult for a tuner. No particular skill is required. He will monitor the different factors like AFR while tuning and he will set the regulator in the percentage that provides enough fuel for your set up

Been reading more fueling topics, but I'm relatively newb in this area regarding fuel pressure and injector impedance ; volume / flow etc.

If I were to run the ID1000's + Walbro 385LPH (pending plug n play compatibility - shouldnt be an issue as they are the same size as the Walbro 255LPH and fit Hondas according to the description) would this solve any possible fueling problems I may encounter for 500-550whp using the in tank OEM setup (+ AEM FPR) but with the larger 385 pump?
