Returnless system fuel pump
My car now is at the workshop, installed a fullblown stage 1 turbo kit but the fuel pump failed during tunning, LJ told me that I can fix a walbro 255 but the tuner is refusing :S
he's saying that I have to fix a fuel pump that is designed for returnless system , the OEM one has a hole next to the fuel suction inlet to discharge the extra pressure to the fuel tank (specially while idling) , same as the one that came with the kit, but the other walbros in the workshop that he showed me didnt have that hole, it'll keep pressurising the line without releasing it, thats why most of you guys are hearing the noisy whine which it should not make, after 3 or 4 months it will fail and has to be replaced, which a lot of you did
tomorrow the car hopefuly will be ready, he tuned it on the stock fuel pump but he's saying there might be a problem cuz its running on ID 1000 injectors, if it worked, I'll use it temporarely until he finds a fuel pump with a returnless system
and I believe that only 2006+ s2k has that system
so what are your suggestions and which fuel pump would you think is best ?

Aeromotive 340 works just fine for me. 1.5 years and going strong. With I'd l000's and meth injection, I only see 78% duty cycle at 18psi/approximately 450-475hp. They are plug and play on the install as well, and basically silent.
i used full blown 340lph fuel pump from lj without any issues in my 06 s2. been using since sept with no whine its a quite pump. also lj sells the stuff to convert the fuel system to return if you interested in going that route
