Road/Track Comparo of (x4) S2000's?
I was reading this article from Road/Track the other day that pitted 4 different modded s2000's against each other. The AEM sponsored turob was on in there along with a private owner's race track s2000, an 03 Comptech s2000 and another guy's turbo's JDM s2000.
Not sure if you guys all read it but it's really cool to see the Comptech s2000 take first place with very subtle mods that you can barely see! The turbo car was a DNF but it looked awesome.
I think the AEM one had the most power and horsepower but since it was setup as a drift car, there wasn't much in terms of handling.
My question is that if I copied the setup on that white s2000, is that something worth doing or should I mix and match some other aftermarket parts to get a car that is both fast and handles well?
I'm sure many of you have a mixture of parts from those 4 cars....

Sorry guys for the confusion - was at work so didn't have the mag handy but here's the info:
Nov./Dec. 2005 Issue of SPEED by Road/Track
It's called the S2000 Tuner Battle Royale.
My mistake but there was as total of 5 tuner s2000's in the mix!
The 2003 white Comptech one had these mods:
Comptech supercharger w/ high boost pulley, intercoler, header, exhaust and was pushing 298 hp.
Rolling stock was OZ Superleggera's
Suspension: Ohlins coilovers, Comptech anti roll bar, chassis x-brace, titanium front shock tower brace
Brakes were Comptech/Brembo 4 piston with 13" cross drilled two piece discs and braided steel lines
Also had the 9.5 lb Comptech flywheel, ACS pressure plate and KAAZ limited slip differential.
Ran 4.9 sec. 0-60 and 13.3 @ 109 mph in the quarter pulling 1.00 G
Not sure if the article is online or I can scan it if you guys want on Monday.
