Sounds like your pedal is going right to the floor on hard acceleration. Maybe replace the clutch slave, or upgrade to stainless braided lines.

Sounds to me like both your master and slave cylinder are bad.

What can go wrong with a slave cylinder?
Similar to the master cylinder, you can experience failure in a few different areas of the slave cylinder. A loss of pressure due to leaks, cracks, or torn gaskets can cause the slave cylinder to become ineffective.

Or you could have an air pocket in the master cylinder.

Sounds like you did not bleed the system correctly and need to bleed properly

Here is a tool I built for a local member using a 1.5" pipe coupling and pipe cap with valve stem. By pressurizing the system during bleeding you can usually remove most of the air.
