i have the same bov and it seems to open a fraction too late and suges for one second before it actually opens up. do you know what spring you have??? i had the pink or stiffest (12psi) and it would barely open, then i got the next to stiffest (11psi) which is helping it open more but still has surge for a second under hard boost. just warning you bc my hks surged all day long and my turbo now has major shaft play
