Have there been any reported cases of crank walk where the clutch installed was not ACT? Regardless of whether it could be proven the clutch was to blame.

UPDATE:

PSI can put in a built engine (Golden Eagle) for the same price as the dealership can put in OEM. Apart from the 4-6 week delivery time, any reason not to go with the built engine?

Why not buy a low mileage engine and find someone else to put the engine in? Can find a low mileage F22 for under 3 grand and an install should be less than $1000.

If you dont plan on swapping the Greddy kit for something with a lot more potential, the built motor is a waste of time & money.
Also dealership shouldn't even be an option, they rape you on price & will probably do a half-ass job. Just get a healthy used motor & have a trustworthy performance shop install for $800 -1000. Or pay a capable local S2ki member to do it/ help you do it. It can be a good learning experience.
Good luck

I read about this on two other greddy set ups, one was devsk2 and there was one other it was a red honda way back when greddy first came out. There have been many others as well with SC and other kits. If you search for it, it has been a know issue for over 5 years. I thought however it was fixed but I am not sure. Most people like inline will tell you to do the cc stage 4 or there is a new SOS one that looks pretty good.

I like the what I see for the SOS clutch and the shop is talking about an Exedy Hyper Single and the start cut-out mod. I think my wife or kids could die from that mod, but who knows.
